What we collect

The waitlist collects your email, US ZIP code, box interest, optional sample-dish wishlist, household size if previously supplied, referral source where supplied, and the date and version of your contact permission. We use these details to plan service areas and contact you about the MōrVeg menu and launch.

Who can access it

The MōrVeg project team and Enchant, which supports this pilot, can access the list. Cloudflare processes and stores the data for the website. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Security and retention

To limit abuse, the form stores a short-lived hash derived from a network address and a time window. These records expire after 24 hours and are removed by a daily cleanup. Waitlist records are retained for up to one year after your latest signup and removed by that cleanup, unless you request deletion sooner. Hosting providers may also process technical logs under their own policies.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits, box-builder activity and successful invitation requests. A random identifier in session storage connects these actions within a browser tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We send page paths, approved campaign tags, box type and selection counts. We do not send email, ZIP, dish selections, form contents or health information to PostHog. We do not record sessions or use advertising cookies. Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. PostHog processes technical connection data when receiving events; location enrichment is disabled. These counts may miss visits when analytics is blocked and do not represent verified unique people. Cloudflare also stores aggregate page-load counts.

You can ask to leave the list or have your information corrected or deleted by emailing hi@enchant.co. Joining does not create an order, account, subscription or payment obligation.
